Trade Site Bug - Wrong league for direct whisper on ps5

Ive come across a bug with the trade site, i cannot direct whisper players in my league when english language is selected on the trade site. Using german on the trade site will allow me to direct whisper players as usual. I play in english but do reside in a german speaking region in europe if that could be a factor? Kind of annoying as the german item names are different to the version played making searching for items a real struggle.
