Can't join kingsmarch Instance

I am able to go to all the other locations such as sanctum, delve, hideout. i can even do maps and campaign. but when i try to travel to kingsmarch, i get the following- Error: Failed to join any instances.

Same. Pohx's private league, if it makes a difference. Can't join from a town via Jonah or in HO.

Same here. This has been happening since the private league started.
I'm based in Serbia, playing on EU servers. There is no path.

I switched from DC server to Texas to Cali... no difference.
still can't join any instances. It worked fine before, as I had a shipment i was notified that had completed, and when i typed /kingsmarch, or tried to use Johan, it gave this error. Note: This is only occurring in my private league  **EDIT** Was working at 1:46 eastern time, now it stopped again! Pohx Private League and can't join Kingsmarch as well. Switching to other countries doesn't help.

Same issue, and it happens no matter how I initiate the instance change. Waypoint, speaking to Johan, or /kingsmarch. Same result, Failed to join instance error.

Kingsmarch. I can't rescue shipment. System msg: Activation failed. Unable to open portals to area.
