Moving MTX to another sub account
Hi,
Ive tryed to email support a few times with no luck, the story is that i bought poe2 ea for my pc and played it there, then i bought it for my xbox, but the points i got, i would like to be moved to my main account since i wont be playing on my xbox account. To save you some time they will not transfer points and if you wanna do the one time mtx transfer from xbox to pc use your xbox points first and then wait months im currently waiting almost 6 months actually 7 days away from 180 days for the this one time mtx transfer good luck.

" Thx for the answer, i have used my points on my xbox, and requested a move, its just odd they wont respond at all, i got a respond when i first contacted them about not getting the points. |

I haven't received an email about this since I sent all the info and confirmed to support to go ahead and continue the transfer process on November 21st 2024 If you haven't id also suggest sending a email with both accounts with discriminators numbers (#XXXX) along with some character names and some pictures of some of the Xbox transactions with some of the items bought with IDs date and time etc in the picture I actually sent Xbox/Microsoft and GGG transactions just to be sure not sure if Xbox/Microsoft was needed though Also maybe even better a new email just asking for the one time mtx transfer instead of hoping to do it through the email about points id also go ahead and in the new email go and do what it says when you click contact support at the top of the site and do the verify thing and send them the code you get in the email too with all info from above as well Good luck hopefully it doesn't take you 6+ months of waiting |

Yeah ive tryed both with the support id, and only got a response when i did it without it, so i will just wait and see what happens
