Unable to see characters due to duplicate acocunts issue

Hi GGG Support team, I bought POE2 from steam and made an account here to connect the game by linking my steam ID to find out there is another account I don't know about with the tag Specter_Six_Four#7529 and that's the one the game was connected to so I linked both but the characters in my POE2 are not showing up, I did create an account with the email [Removed by Support] but the tag is Specter_Six_Four#3421 not #7529 so I am confused now, I'm looking to see where the alias ending in #7529 came from and how can I start seeing my characters under the account I'm posting from right now, thanks in advance.

If you’re trying to view your PoE 2 characters on the website, that isn’t possible yet.
