Unplayable Bug Report: Infernal Cry doesn't work, weirdly

(Texts and stuff appears to be random, sometimes I see several +- buttons on bottom as if its page of a minion skill, sometimes entirely empty page, and sometimes like in this screenshot)

I can't drag it to skill bar, nor I can use it if its already on skill bar. When I engrave it freshly, it works fine, I am not sure at what point it stops working, but I've broken 3 gems already. It works for a while after engraving, and being stuck again forever after some time. When I give gem to my friend he can use it just fine, but when I get same gem back, it still doesn't work. Again, if I engrave it, it works, but for 5 minutes or so.

As a result: I can't use this skill at all. Pressing its hotkey on skillbar just does nothing and I can't interfere with skill at all in gem page.

Please fix it, I am so sad right now.

this bug is tied to weapon swapping.

fix:

1. cut a new Infernal Cry.
2. check Used with Weapon Set I and II.
3. don't mess with this until they fix it or you'll brick it again.
