Unlink Steam account from PoE account

I plan to use the standalone client from now on

You'd need to contact Support and ask that they do this for you, which would entail them first attempting to verify your identity. It's worth noting that there is no reason to unlink the accounts, though - as it won't prevent you from using the standalone client.
