Unfair chat bans

I just helped others in the channel to raid the boss, just like everyone else did, and I thought it was very beneficial for the development of the game, but this afternoon I posted a message to help others as usual and didn't send it many times, but I got a chat ban, which I think is unfair, and many people are doing the same. I just want to help other people play the game better, just like everyone else has helped me. I don't think that's fair. I want my chat ban lifted
