Supporter Pack Inquiry

Hello,

Reaching out on the forums because I have had no resolution after 5 months. I paid for a $500 supporter pack back on 11/30/24.

I reached out initially on 1/2 regarding not receiving any physical items.

I received a reply on 1/14 and promptly provided my character information the same day.

I followed up on 3/5 (apparently a mistake).

Now it is 5/2 and I would appreciate a response of some kind since I am still lacking any sort of follow-up or resolution. A few months I can understand, but 5 months is bordering on absurd.
