Confused as to why my characters were all missing

Any help appreciated. Last played the game Tuesday. Logged in tonight and all my characters from standard league and DOH league are gone. It’s as if I have never played. Would really like to know what’s going on.

Hi there, users are able to change which sub-account they're accessing in-game by using the account selection tool found in the top-right of the character selection screen in-game.
