Pharyl megalith chests unopenable after leaving map

Left the map after opening 3 chests to go store loot came back and none of the chests show up as openable even though theyre lit up showing I killed the boss still.

Just happened to me. Fully completed the map, opened half of the chests and went back to stash to empty inventory. Came back and none of the chests were openable / interactable anymore. Used a nice t16 on it as well. Kinda a bummer.
