Passive Tree Bug Xbox

There is an issue with the passive tree skills not sticking when refunded and set.

My personal instance is Monk tree original positioning of skills was 3rd and 4th point into crit damage.
I've refunded the points 2 times now and tried to set to red damage nodes and can do that but once I log out and back in the skills are reverted back to crit dmg.

It's only on those nodes so far will update post if new instances occur.
