Waiting for support for +3 months and not getting support verification code

Hello there
I emailed support regarding my old stolen account over 3 months ago. Still waiting for a response.
Thinking that maybe for some reason my email hasn't reached the support, I was now trying to create a verification code in-game and create a ticket that way, following the instructions in the "contact support" page on the webiste.
However, when typing "/verify" in the chat console, as instructed - nothing happens, I'm not getting the code.
Is there a reason why this feature doesn't work for me? Is there any other way I can create a verification code somehow to speed up the support process?
