CPU high temperature problem AMD 9800x3d RTX 5090

After installing rtx5090 my CPU is over 90 degrees Celsius almost all the time. I tried several settings in options, but nothing helped. The game is playable only when I cap the fps to 90, but it has huge fps drops in situations where many monsters are on the screen. My processor is AMD 9800x3d and before rtx 5090 I used RTX 3070ti and there was not a problem at all - CPU temperatures were somewhere around 65 degrees. PoE2 is the only game, which I have problems with, other games are running all right. I did a clean windows installation after changing the GPU.

There is no such thing as GGG Tech Support; they’ve not offered any for years. A member of staff that deals with account, payment, or moderation issues sent you away and closed the ticket; that’s all that happened. I wouldn’t go assuming they invested much time or thought into doing so.

My personal advice would be to try r/buildapc; they welcome troubleshooting posts, including those pertaining to thermal problems. You don’t have to listen to me if you do not want to, but - while I take no pleasure or satisfaction from saying it - nobody will help you with this here.
