MOVEMENT SPEED RUNE FOR UNIQUE BOOTS.

Why is there no Movement speed rune for boots?! i am using the Bones of ullr lattice sandals unique boots. it has no movement speed. I AM CRAWLING through maps.

I have also asked this question. Man its painful to WALK around these maps. I yell "DUDE HURRY THE FUCK UP".

Implicit on boots, just like charm slots on belts, is all it needs. There is literally no point in making most of these boots obsolete by not having proper movement speed on them later on. They can make good roll super rare and these would become great chase items.
