Cosmetics and points transfer from xbox to pc account

Hi! I made this thread because I've waiting for about five months to have a response about this ''issue''.
I just want to got my mtx and coins transfered from my xbox account to my pc account. I sent an email to support on 01/12/2024 (dd/mm/yyyy) and they only asked for my transactions id's wich I already gave them, then the conversation ended with no other response from their side. Just want a response with a timeframe, or better yet with my purchases being transfered to my pc account. Last bumped on May 4, 2025, 10:06:15 PM

Better spend your xbox points before the transfer cause they wont transfer points from xbox to pc

Well they said many times they cant transfer points from xbox to pc it would really suck to get the transfer and then find out you have points just setting on xbox that if you just spent them prior to the transfer wouldn't of been wasted
ive been waiting 5 months 164ish days for a mtx transfer from xbox to pc since November 21st 2024 i also spent what few points i had on xbox and im just waiting like you |
