Greetings to everyone reading this.
Exactly 14 days ago, I purchased the Ogham Supporter Pack. However, it was delivered to a completely different account — one that I wasn't even aware existed. I was not asked for any confirmation, and the pack just ended up there.
Immediately after this happened, I contacted support. They told me that if I confirmed the closure of the wrong account, the pack and the points would be transferred to my main account. I gave that confirmation right away — yet it has now been 14 days with no response whatsoever. I've sent multiple emails. Nothing. I've posted here several times. The only reply I ever received was, "We will solve your issue as soon as possible." I've reached a point where I feel like I'm begging for something I already paid for. I want to play the game, but without my stash tab, it's simply unplayable. Now we're on the verge of a new update, and I still don’t have access to the product I paid for. What I’m trying to say is this: I know GGG will leave a comment under this — they always do. That’s my impression, at least — as if they want to appear like they care about every forum post. So I’m saying this directly to support: Please — I’m begging you — I just want access to the product I paid for. I want to enjoy the game when the new update drops. PLEASE solve my issue already. Sincerely, E.D. Last bumped on May 1, 2025, 4:38:19 PM

Hi there, we aren't able to assist with account-related issues over the forums. If you have emailed us at support@grindinggear.com we will look into this matter for you. We are currently working through a very large number of requests, so please bear with us as we'll try to get to you as soon as we can.

Of course you’ll look into it, but I recently made a Reddit post explaining what I’ve been through — and you wouldn’t believe the replies. There are people who haven’t received any response for months, people in the exact same situation as mine, who have completely lost hope.
You might not even be aware of this, but I strongly suggest you try Googling GGG support service. You’ll see for yourself — this is not how a proper support service should function. There’s no way to reach an actual representative, no staff to talk to. The only form of response is through the forum, and even then it’s just variations of “please wait” or “be patient.” Please — this is not a good approach. |
