Can't use Trade site need help!.

When trying to use trade site on console I cannot whisper anyone as I get an Invalid Query error stating I'm not logged in the game.
But I am in my hideout. Can anyone tell me if this is a bug or me just being a noob. Please help me fix this I haven't been able to trade since launch. Last bumped on May 1, 2025, 9:36:01 AM
