Am i the bad guy?

Just fought a rogue Exile named Sondar, the stormbinder.

He had two lines of dialogue:

Sondar, The Stormbinder: I sense you are a man of honour. Don't do this.
Sondar, The Stormbinder: End this foolishness!

I seem to recal a bow shooting rogue exile with similar sounding pleas.

Is it supposed to be me telling them this? Or am i the bad bad guy running around killing people that would rather be left alone?

Try to leave him alone. Dude turns out to be a liar. :)
