Urgent Support Request – Wrong Account Received Faridun Pack / No Response for 30+ Days
Hello Support Team,
I purchased the Faridun Early Access Pack for Path of Exile 2 via Steam for $45. Unfortunately, it was applied to the wrong Path of Exile account — one that I do not play on, despite it being linked to my email [Removed by Support]. I submitted multiple support tickets earlier this month but have not received a response for more than 30 days. Since the pack was unclaimed and linked to the wrong account, I had to refund the pack on Steam. Now the price has increased to $70, which I cannot afford. I’ve played over 300 hours of PoE2 in the past 3 weeks, and I really want to support the game by purchasing that special pack.
