We need more information about the maintenance status of the server.

It's about 20:00 New Zealand time first thing in New Zealand. First of all, I respect the right to a legitimate work break. The official announcement made does not mention the status of your issue. I just want to know if you are actively working on the server for the players you love. Players need to know what's going on. This shows your respect for the players and your passion for POE2. Of course, this also conflicts with your legal rights, so it's a trade-off. Finally respect for everyone.

Why do you want information on how their maintenance is going, are you an engineer are you going to offer ways on how to fix things. Telling you would be pointless.
All we need to no is its broke and they are trying to fix it, if you get to log in and play they fixed it.
