Rewards need to be default

The rewards system is fucked to high heavens with rng with mapping.Why is the drop rarity rng based if I do difficult maps I need to feel rewarded
what does doing maps with higher difficulty give me:
- more xp no need a mod for that
- more drops no need a mod for that
- rare drops no need a mod for that

and why are the mods for these rare, I keep getting mods like temporal chains, elemental weakness, monster speed, monster damage penetrates etc but no mod which makes the rewards feel worth it, as its one of the fundamental systems this needs to be fixed or the retention rate of each season as time goes on will be lower than the last

Why do you think nobody can make an extraction shooter as good as escape from tarkov. The answer is they try and remove all the friction from the game to get casuals to play. Hence making a game for no one
