Missed Upgrade Due to Support Delays, Hoping for a Small Exception

Hello GGG,

This is a double post, sorry about that since I think I posted on the wrong section first.

I wanted to leave a message regarding the 2024 Core Supporter Packs.

I was on a payment plan while the packs were available and completed the final payment just a few days ago. During the process, I reached out to support multiple times to confirm that to ensure that the payment plan was still active. I didn’t receive a response for several months from around January until mid april, which left me unsure if the payment plan would proceed as I would normally recieve confirmations monthly.

While I didn’t state in those messages that I wanted to upgrade to the sandwraith assassin pack, it was something I really wanted to add into the payment plan.

After completing the final payment and finally hearing back, I asked if it would still be possible to make a direct payment to upgrade, but was told that the pack had been unavailable for too long. Just few days after I mentioned that I could do the payment for the last pack directly as I was told that a new payment plan was not possible, but when I suggested that I could do it directly I got told that it was not possible either.

I fully understand that old supporter packs don't come back, and I respect it the way it is. Still, it was a disappointing to miss this opportunity because of the long delay in support replies and no confirmation after few messages. I know the support team has been under pressure, especially since with the release of PoE 2, so I absolutely understand.

If there’s any chance for a small exception here, I would be very grateful. If not, I still appreciate you for reading this.

Just to clarify, I've already contacted support previously and received a reply stating that the Sandwraith Supporter Pack is no longer available and its been too long since its release. I contacted the support multiple times to make sure the payment went through and is still active, but got no response until mid april. This caused some confusion and made me think that the plan was no longer available and so forth.

I've been trying to work with support to resolve this by making a direct payment for the last pack as a new payment plan wasn't an option. When I stated that I could do a direct payment I got the response that it was still too late.

I fully respect the rules when it comes to the supporter packs and that they are time limited, but considering i was already on a payment plan and just finished the payment recently, I would consider this a unique situation due to delays in respones. Im hoping for some understanding or an exception to be made regarding this matter.
