My account was suddenly banned at noon on April 29, 2025, with a prompt indicating that I was illegally obtaining game currency and items. However, I have never used game bugs to do such things before, and I don't even know what other game bugs there are. Please investigate this matter and help me lift the ban as soon as possible.
