Loading Screen Locks!!!

i usually have this issue around the ToC and and other than than never. BUT TODAY, today ive been getting locked inside the loaidng screens lefft and right. the game will load in, you will hear surroundings and other players, monster etc. even your own death if youir unfortunate enough. twice today ive been locked out of my warrior for this season. first time was 3 ish hours. currently we're going on another 4 ish hours of being stuck. i just got to Cruel, i dont wanna start again! :'(
