5 Months and Account is Still Locked
I really liked GGG all the Years for there great Job they done,
but i dont get why this here is getting so out of control. My Account got hacked/corruped/whatever, in result GGG locked it wisly so no further Damage will be done. Great. But why does it take so fucking long to get my Account unlocked again? Since December I Got 2 Response und i replied to both with the infos, last mail is about one month ago. I just dont want to see that my money i spend on poe1 just goes into oblivion cause i dont care about anymore at some point. The last Update on that Topic came in Januar. Maybe you should also just explain why this takes so long. Shouldnt be Account issues getting prio at some point. As mentioned in our Customer Support Update from January, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard. The company is struggling so much that they can't even hire any support staff.
Support took an entire month to respond and then hit me with a bunch of irrelevant questions! After that, they just disappeared again. Unlock my account already, this is beyond frustrating! |
