HOW LONG IT TAKES SUPPORT TO ANSWER ?

So the question is how long it takes to answer support ticket ?
I mean i have problem with my main account , where i cant buy POE2 write to support 1 month ago they say looking into it , but now like 27 days is completly silence. Last bumped on Apr 30, 2025, 8:01:35 AM

As mentioned in our Customer Support Update from January, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard. We'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime. If you have already sent us a ticket, please keep in mind that we are working through a high volume of tickets currently, and adding additional tickets for the same issue will not change your place in the queue. | |

im waiting since December 2024 to get my Issue with the Support Resolved, SInce then my MainAccount (7 Years of Poe1, and Supporterpacks each Season) is locked und they dont give a shit about Accout related Issues. Since yours is an Transaction Issues it seems you maybe lucky and get faster help, but just dont except any answer soon. |
