Lost Gear, Currency, MTX After Crash – Possible Hack or Server Issue [Follow-Up]

🔹 What happened:
On April 28, I was mapping Tier 15 maps when I got disconnected mid-map.

I assumed it was a connection issue, but my internet was stable.

I tried relogging, but the game got stuck on the loading screen for a long time.

Eventually, I received error messages like:

“Disconnected from instance”

“Failed to join instance because the instance is not available”

I gave up and logged off.

🔹 When I logged in today:
My character had no gear equipped.

I lost a large amount of high-value currency, including:

Around 120 Chaos Orbs

5 Exalted Orbs

Several Divine Orbs

Low-value currency was left untouched, which seems targeted.

My Guild Stash is completely missing.

My MTX (microtransactions) are gone as well.

⚠️ Important note:
Only high-value items and gear were taken.

This looks like a targeted theft, possibly indicating a hack.

I had previously used a third-party tool called Sidekick. I have now:

Uninstalled the software

Changed my password

Enabled Two-Factor Authentication

Please investigate:

My account history and IP logins

Item movement or deletion logs

Server-side logs of the instance I was in when the disconnect occurred

This has been very frustrating, especially given how much time and effort I’ve put into this league. I hope this issue can be reviewed and addressed quickly.
