Network MS spike

When i tab F1 in the game, I can see that I am having issues with what appears to be a Spike in my network bar.

It goes from MS 7 to 4000 plus which makes the game freeze, pause or lag

I was wondering if there are any fixes to this yet?

i have not noticed anything like this since I started in December 2024 it was only after the recent update that i have been experiencing these issues.
