Xbox Pre-order Customer Service
Pre ordered the game in Decemeber, there was an issue with having two accounts and pre order going to wrong account.
Sent email to customer service on Dec 11th, read that they were backlogged and patiently waited. Janurary 28th recieved an email saying no problem just needed more information. Provided them with the information they needed. Today march 29th recieved a message stating there was nothing I could do and to contact microsoft/xbox to get a refund. The problem is xbox wont allow refunds after 90 days which its been well over. wrote on a thread about the issue and part of it was erased and recieved a message telling me I should contact customer service about my issue. Most frustrating experience ive ever had pre ordering anything in my life. Not sure where to go, customer service told me to get a refund, xbox says its to late, when I ask on the forums it gets deleted and I'm told to contact customer service. They generally only delete posts if they're either wildly hostile / offensive, or if you include responses you've gotten from Support, which they're a bit... weird about.
But yeah, they won't touch anything account- or purchase-related over the forum. This is obviously GGG's fault, but I'm not sure what they can do if they're unable / unwilling to move the purchase from one account to another. Have you tried sending Xbox Support screenshots of the emails to & from GGG? If they see that the massive delay is the developer's fault rather than yours, it might prompt them to reconsider. Alternatively, you could try tweeting at Xbox Support with censored screenshots (e.g. not revealing your own email address), just so you're publicly pressuring them with evidence of the delay not being your fault. It might get a tier 2 rep's attention... "VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish. Their only responsibility is to continue doing what they have always done - posting in a friendly and constructive manner."

" They did get a response. The problem isn't that they are waiting for one, but that it was unhelpful. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. Feels like im only getting automated responses like that, in email's or messages just telling me to contact support when the issue i'm having is my response from support lol.
Maybe there are no human moderators ont he forums? |
