Purchased Penance Pack for PoE2. I have not gotten it

I purchased it April 5th. It is April 28th and I have yet to receive it. I need it fixed or refunded because this is ridiculous

Yo! I bought the paladin pack and it didn't show up also. Try entering the microtransaction store in game and wait for the store to load. What helped for me was logging into POE1 and opening the store (since I guess it originally was a POE1 pack)
