Merging two accounts.

I preordered on xbox when I got my account it had split up and put my pre order bonuses on a new account, no issue I put in a ticket and waited for months.

I recieved an email asking for more information on March 24th, gave the required info.

Today I recieved what im guessing is my final email

It's far to late to request a refund thru xbox so I guess they are saying thanks for the support? Whats the next step for us here

Unfortunately, I'm afraid we are unfortunately not able to transfer your purchase to your secondary account. I am very sorry this was not the outcome you were after.

If you wish to request a refund for this purchase you will need to do so directly through Xbox or Microsoft Support.

it said removed in my previous post for some reason.
