Supporter pack physical items missing - NO INFORMATION SINCE DECEMBER

Hello. On December 3rd I purchased Thaumaturge od the Vaal supporter pack and chose a t-shirt. After multiple tickets I have gotten a generic email asking for details I provided during purchase. Since then no replies, no shipping information. Let me remind that we were told that the shipping costing extra will improve the process and lower the waiting time. It's been over three months and nobody cared to reply, apologise or explain. Great way to lose your fanbase really.
