ok, in the Pantheon Soul of Arakaali the Shadow of Vaal. I was informed that the Tier 15 Maze map is needed, but which rarity is needed for that map?

Any tier of that specific map, and any rarity. It doesn't matter.

Well, that info is completely wrong :P You cant even use the divine vessel on those lower tier maps. that said silly me, look at the atlas it tells you.

If you're unable to open the map with one in the Map Device, the most likely explanation is that the Map in question doesn't have a boss that can be used to upgrade a god power. " The tier "doesn't matter" in the sense that if its the currently designated map, it can be its lowest or highest version (t16) as they started rearranging and swapping out maps in the atlas some time ago. Like I needed underground river to finish off one, but currently its a t15 base I think. It hasn't always been that high and I think I had even seen a t10 version show up in Kirac's missions (which would not help anyway given that you can't throw in a vessel.) As for rarity, its not a factor as you can run them completely white to rare and corrupted. Yep, totally over league play.
