Stuck on a loading Screen can not log back into my Warrior

I am on the xbox, I was doing the second Trails and completed it in the 3rd act , I teleported back to Town to buy white armor and when I teeported back, the game stayed on the Loading screen.

I waited 15 min on the loading screen then I Rebooted my Xbox and logged in again Same issue , Just starts loading and never reswpans me and not even at the town which I thought might happen

I waied 30 Min and same issue, I tried my other Warrior same issue , I am not sure what to do next.

I hope I do not have restart a new charater again

any suggestions I would appercaiate it

I found a workaround for console to get unstuck. You need a second controller to start a split screen game. When the game starts it warps you out of your bugged instance to the starting shore with the new p2 split screen character.

Bingo you are now free of the infinite loading screen. You do lose your instance though in my experience.
