Movement speed

Hi, please give us movement speed on boots. Like what you did to charms. I am level 79, and i still have the 20% ms boots that i got from the campaign like 50 levels ago. If you can be generous with the drop of boots with ms, that will be appreciated by alot of players. IDK what is wrong this patch, but before this league, i can get alot of boots with ms, now it is very rare to the point that i have to gamble for boots but no luck..
If possible, maybe MS can be an implicit starting from 5% from campaign to 30% on the end game. Maybr it can have ranges as well like 5-10%, 11-15% and so on.. we just need them please.. it is not fun to move slow when my warrior's attacks are already slow.

I find lots of boots with 30% speed but the recombinator loves eating all those up past a certain tier I can't get anything to survive the recombinator

I didn't notice any particular difference in the appearance of this affix in 0.2. HC SSF... just highlight the desired base... Catching 30 ms and a couple of resists is not a problem in a couple of maps.
