I've been emailing GGG support because of the T-Shirt I didn't receive for the past 3 months. Tried at least 3 conversations/e-mails and didn't get a response.
I even stopped playing in the meantime since there's no new league. But the lack of support for POE1 lately is astonishing. When the packs where released and there was no POE2 I basically was being answered in a few hours. I'm not saying you have to go back as it was, but damn... :/ Please, look it up.
