Account suspension - no feedback

Hello,
I'm writing this from a new account since I cannot access my original account. I was suspended for inapriopriate name (that is my best guess since I never received any informations on why I was banned + my character name was renamed shortly before suspension). It's been more than a week since the last message from your support and I do not know if you received all the informations required - in the follow up e-mail you asked for more informations like my 4-digit discriminator and a few characters name on my account. Of course I was not able to give you my 4-digit discriminator since I obviously do not remember it and the only way to access it is to log in to my account (which was banned) and I only remembered 1 character name from this account. I asked many times for updates/feedback and received noone. How do I know if this is being processed or if my suspension is ever going to be removed? Do you have all the informations that you require for it to be processed? When can I expect to receive any information? Last bumped on Apr 26, 2025, 2:53:18 PM
