Can't play simultaneously on 2 different sub accounts on PS5 and PC

Hi. The issue is that while having purchased POE2 on both PC and PS5 , later i have linked the Sony account to to my PC account. At the moment i have 2 sub accounts ( PC and PS5 ) which are both attached to the same account and when i try to login simultaneously on PC and PS5 - we kick each other out of the game.
Emailed to Support , tried to unlink PS5 , which they did , but the sub account remained connected to PC account and all it resulted into that PS5 could no longer play at all. Is it possible to unmerge sub account from my account , so we could play simultaneously on PS5 and PC. Any help is greatly appreciated! Last bumped on Apr 25, 2025, 4:39:24 PM

Account sharing is against the Terms of Use and can result in permanent account closure.

" It is not account sharing. Before merging it was completely two different accounts. 1st purchased on PS5 with its own characters and name and descriptor. 2nd was purchased on steam with its own characters and name and descriptor. Later those 2 accounts were linked together. ( steam link and sony link) The problem after that is that now this account has all sub accounts merged. And those 2 distinct accounts can not play simultaneously. |
