Purchase problems.... BIG ONE ....

I bought for around 800$ in this game , now i switched platform and i cant use it on PC because i bought it on playstation ... that made not sence and if i can,t acces to it ill ask for a refund with my bank.

May i have a refund from path of exile on my account as points ??? atleast ... when i played on playstation , i paid because i though it was disponible on all platform

" Your bank’s not going to entertain a chargeback request - an anti-fraud mechanism - if the reported issue is you got what you paid for, but did not also receive something else. For example, if you had purchased a game instead of MTX, there would have been no reasonable expectation of receiving a complimentary license for PC. The two issues are materially the same. I would very strongly recommend against any attempt to mislead your bank regarding the specifics of the case. There is a reason they will only act on such requests if they are received in writing… "VPs are not required to change their posting style. Email GGG - they post their support address in about half their messages here. They should refund you in this case; but email support is badly backlogged so it won't be fast.
Don't do a charge back. It's not just that lying to your bank to get one will cause problems with your bank; but because a charge back will trigger a ban from GGG. (This isn't just GGG, most games will do this.) Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? |
