Temper Weapon and Shield attacks

Does anyone know if Temper Weapon from the new Warrior Ascendancy class works with the "Resonating Shield" skill or "Shield Charge"?

i never tried resonating shield however shield charge does not proc it.

also rolling slam procs on the 1st hit and not the second.

not that it matters the overall dps of rolling slam is less than just doing 3 tempered normal attacks in the same amount of time.
