Minions wont summon

kay so here is the deal. There are 2 issues, first spirit... I have 100 spirit on body armor and 146 on scepter yet spirit count shows 176? Second issue is the minions, no matter what I do no minions will summon....at all. I even tried the scepter that summons warriors it won't even summon those. I went through every gem to double check that I have the correct stats to use them, made sure I was the right level and stats to use all gear equipped....and even unequipped all support gems to check if that was the issue.... still no minions. Even changed amount summoned to just 1 still nothing any help would be awesome. Tried restarting the game also
