Trial of Sekhemas

I got Djinn Barya for my first kill of Balbala, but I threw it away, now I can't access Trial of Sekhemas, no way to teleport there, I tried to fight Balbala again but Djinn Barya(quest item) doesn't drop again, I tried both act 2 and act 2 cruel but it doesn't drop. Is there any way I can get it back or some way I can access trial of Sekhemas?

I did the same and now I can't get into the Trial of Sekhemas in any way.
Apparently the only way to get an Ascendancy is through Chaos Trials.

Fix it pls.
