Early Access Discussion - How long does support take to respond - Forum

So I messaged support by email a few weeks back to merge my mtx and stash tabs from xbox to pc for poe 2 I included all the relevant information and never got a response... Do I have to just email them again after the long weekend so that way I am not lost in the abyss?
