Never Received Early Access Key

Hello I bought the Path of Exile 2 Founder’s Pack - Path of Exile 2 Early Access of PlayStation store on my PS5. I never received my access key that was supposed to come with it. I bought this game back in October or December 2024 I believe and I still haven’t received my access key. I checked my email too and nothing. I would like my access key so I can play the full game please. Thank you.

They don't email keys to people who buy the pack.
The account you purchase it on is flagged so it has access. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
