duplicate payment issue
I'm writing to bring to your attention a duplicate payment that was inadvertently made. Upon reviewing my payment records, I noticed that two identical transactions of [USD 30] were processed .
I have already contact with xsolla,they tell me to contact poe2 client for help. I've already wait for a week but get no answer,and my payment issue is very simple to check and handle.I wander is there anyone can solve a player's payment issue? Or just choose to overlook? It's quite a easy issue and I need some efficiency here's the email I have sent many times since 4.19 Could you kindly assist in refunding one of these payments? Or recharge 30 dollars value in my poe2 game,both of the solution I will take.Looking forward to your confirmation.
