Infinite loading screen when going to hideout other player

Whenever I try to trade with other players, I end up in infinite loading screens where the game tries to load the hideout of the other player.

I experience this the most when trying to trade with someone who is most likely on Japan or Seoul (KR) gateways. I expect this due to the way the characternames are displayed ( Japanese or Korean style of writing ).

For some reason its no problem when they try to visit my hideout :)

I also experiencing this a lot. Seems like no staff from GGG is answering eh?
