Mana tempest mana consumption is bugged

mana tempest cost per second rapidly increases when hits above 30 Mana per second even tho Im not casting any other spells.

can we get a quick hotfix for this? other forum posts show this has been bugged for a long time and at this current state this skill is not worth using because it will just drain your mana without making it worth the damage it gives
