make it poe, not diablo

you need to increase dps for others by 15% and nerf spear by 70% = balance

No its not bugged, its working as intended.

Barrage
"Empower your next bow or projectile spear attack to repeat multiple times. Empowered attack repeat 2 times, plus an additional time per frenzy charge consumed."

Thrilling Case
"Thrilling Chase is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Deadeye which causes skills which consume frenzy charges to behave as if it had consumed twice as much."

7 Frenzy charges equals to 14 additional attack + 2 base additional attack = 16.

Its not even 200m / hit, and OP clearly just jealous. That is an acceptable / normal single target damage for the amount of investment in the build, and they way the combo executed.

This is not Diablo need nerf

No one cares about that build. They should fix their entire game...
