4 days my rights have been violated!

Fourth day, I'm not allowed in the game! I paid for early access, for many tabs in the chest, and I am denied the service I paid for! No explanation, no answer to my questions and requests! How can this be?
Dear GGG! I earnestly ask you to urgently solve my problem or inform me WHY you are doing this to me!

It's not you personally. Just the sad state of GGG support since POE2 launched.

Response times currently range from a day or 2 for the simplest requests to multiple month delays between replies for complex ones. While they're mostly caught up on the former since the poe2 launch collapse, they still appear disastrously backlogged on the latter.

If your account is currently locked, unfortunately recovering accounts appears to be the worst off: Multiple email exchanges with a month between them appears to the current status. (See all the "my account has been locked for several months" threads in this forum if you doubt me.)

If your account isn't locked but you no longer have access to POE2, did you buy access from GGG or a third party key seller? If the latter you, and the key selling site were probably scammed. Crooks are buying packs with multiple EA keys, selling the keys on 3rd party sites and then charging back the purchases (or using stolen cards where the purchase is charged back after the victim notices the theft). When that happens GGG revokes the EA keys that were created by the sale on their end. If this happened to you, your only options to resume playing before full release are to convince the key sellers support staff to give you a replacement, or buy a new one. (I recommend buying from GGG. Not just because of this, but because $30 or 60 of points spent on stash tabs will make the end game much more enjoyable due to improved quality of life.)

- I don't know if I'm blocked or not. I can't log in with ANY of my players, even by re-creating them. I can't get into a new league specifically. I didn't buy access from others since PS5 owners can only buy something through Sony. I also know that some people had the same error and were recently given access to the game.
You leave me no choice and I will have to complain about such a breach of offer. I would like to start by contacting Sony, as they are the provider of the game on their platform. They care VERY much about their users and their lawyers will easily and quickly assess what is going on and the possible consequences for THEIR company. Once again, I am not threatening you, you just leave me no choice.

What is going on is you’re getting an error message in an Early Access game… their lawyers are never going to hear about this, lol.

Have you actually ever told anyone what error message you’re getting? When you’re asking people for a solution, it usually helps if you bother explaining what the problem is… that is, after all, the entire point of an error message - to try to explain what went wrong.

Camrad, if I was asked which error (its number) I would give it, but the thing is that all error logs on PS5 are sent automatically. It's no problem to find out who they come from.
As for the Early Access status of the game, you're a bit wrong to think that you have no rights because of that, I won't comment on it, otherwise GGG will have a hard time at all.

Yes, those are great for QA - but if you’re requesting one-on-one assistance from Support, maybe just give them the information they need rather than simply saying it’s “no problem” for some other team to dig through logs when they’re realistically busy and not looking for the extra work.

I didn’t say you don’t have rights.

I said it is not credible to suggest Sony’s legal team would get involved. And that’s because it isn’t.

Thank you for your help and involvement in my problem! But... I don't care anymore. There are other games that don't have such problems. It's just a pity for the time I spent developing my character in this league. But the lesson of GGG that I learned here will be useful in my life. Good luck, brother!
