Black Crow Boss Bugged on The Source of Corruption Map

I managed to get the Boss down to an 8th of his life before he opened the final door and runs off (if that he still does as the Corruption Boss), and then he turned invincible and I couldn't hit him. I tried logging in and out to no avail.
